How Does EMS Work?
EMS stimulation is based on the same principle as the brain’s muscle signals
Our muscles contract when electrical impulses are sent from the brain to the muscles via the nerves—for example, when walking or lifting an object.
The EMS Power Box generates electrical impulses with a frequency and waveform comparable to those of natural nerve signals and transmits them through the skin to the motor nerves via the 32 silicone pads.

Your EMS Experience
Once you arrive at our studio for your scheduled appointment, we’ll explain how EMS works and walk you through the 20-minute workout.
Very important: We’ll make sure you’re aware of all the risks, which you must understand and acknowledge by signing a waiver.
Then you’ll be 100% safe, and we can get started.
Personal EMS Setup
Go to our changing rooms and put on your EMS jacket and pants.
Lock your street clothes and personal belongings in the locker.
The trainer will check that the suit fits properly and attach the Power Box to your suit.
Start your 20-minute training session
Now, select 10 or 20 different, very simple exercises from the on-screen menu.You’ll perform these exercises for 20 minutes.
On a scale of 1–99, you personally control the intensity of the electrical impulses for each individual muscle group.
The rule of thumb is: not too much, but not too little either.
It shouldn’t hurt, but it shouldn’t be too weak either.
The muscle must be brought to contraction.
Only then will it grow, and if you feel muscle soreness after 48 hours, you did it just right—and after just 4 weeks, you’ll notice a significant change in your body.
Your muscles have been put under a lot of strain and are now sending a signal to your brain that more muscle mass is needed.
This means your muscles now need at least 3 days before your next workout to recover and build new muscle fibers.
So after just 3 weeks—or 6 workouts—you’ll start to see how you’re building muscle and how your body is changing.
